These Ticket Terms apply to all tickets purchased through the official CONTRAST ticket shop for events organised by CONTRAST RECORDS e.U.
1. Scope
By completing an order, you accept the ticket terms, event information and conditions displayed for the respective event, as well as these general Ticket Terms.
2. Ticket Purchase and Validity
Tickets are valid once payment has been completed successfully.
Admission to the respective event is only permitted with a valid ticket that has not yet been used.
Please keep your ticket and its QR code available until admission and present it upon entry.
Tickets may only be used once. Tickets that have already been checked in, cancelled, invalidated or used improperly do not grant admission.
3. Ticket Service Fee
A Ticket Service Fee may be charged in addition to the ticket price.
The applicable Ticket Service Fee is shown separately during checkout before the order is completed and is included in the displayed total price.
The Ticket Service Fee covers, among other things, the technical processing of the ticket purchase, payment processing, ticket delivery, QR code generation, check-in infrastructure, order administration and customer support.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation and refund conditions displayed in the relevant ticket shop and on the respective event page apply to each event.
Where voluntary refunds are offered for an event, a cancellation request may be submitted within the stated deadline.
Cancellation requests and refunds are reviewed and processed manually by CONTRAST.
Where a cancellation is approved, the ticket price will generally be refunded to the original payment method.
The Ticket Service Fee shown at the time of purchase is excluded from refunds and will not be refunded, unless otherwise stated for the respective event.
Once any stated cancellation deadline has passed, cancellation requests and refunds are generally excluded.
5. No General Right of Withdrawal for Events on a Fixed Date
For contracts relating to leisure services provided on a specific date or within a specific period, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales.
This does not affect any voluntary event-specific cancellation or refund policy offered by CONTRAST.
6. Cancellation, Postponement or Material Changes
In the event of cancellation, postponement or a material change to an event, CONTRAST will inform ticket buyers via the email address provided during the order process and through the official CONTRAST channels.
Information on further procedures, possible replacement dates or refunds will be announced separately for the respective event.
7. Admission, House Rules and Safety
The house rules, safety requirements and age restrictions of the respective venue apply in addition to these Ticket Terms.
The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove persons from the event for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of safety risks, aggressive behaviour, discrimination, significant disturbance of other guests or failure to follow instructions from staff.
8. Transfer and Misuse of Tickets
Commercial resale of tickets is prohibited.
Tickets may not be duplicated, misused or resold through unofficial channels using misleading information.
CONTRAST may block or invalidate tickets where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse or unauthorised commercial resale.
