When you access this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary access data, in particular:

3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH.
The technical infrastructure for the ticket shop is operated on a Hetzner Cloud server. Data may be processed on servers located within the European Union.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.
4. Ticket Shop and Orders
For ticket sales, we use a self-hosted pretix installation at:
tickets.contrastofficial.com
When you place a ticket order, we process in particular:
- your name, where provided during the order process;
- your email address;
- ordered tickets and order number;
- payment status;
- ticket and QR code data;
- refund requests; and
- check-in information on the day of the event.
This processing is necessary to complete ticket purchases, deliver tickets, manage admission, process refund requests and comply with statutory retention and documentation obligations.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where necessary, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
5. Payment Processing
We use Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. for payment processing.
When a payment is made, the data required to process the payment is transferred to Stripe. This may include payment data, payment status, name, email address, billing or order data and technical transaction data.
Processing is carried out for the performance of the contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. Email Communication
We use email accounts hosted by Hetzner for ticket confirmations, ticket delivery, refund information and support enquiries.
Your data is processed for the performance of the contract, customer communication and handling of your enquiry.
7. Cookies
This website currently uses only technically necessary cookies where required for the functionality of the website, ticket shop, security features or the storage of your privacy settings.
No non-essential analytics, marketing or tracking cookies are currently used.
Should analytics, marketing or social-media services be introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and, where required, your consent will be obtained in advance.
8. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be transferred to the following recipients where necessary:
- Hetzner Online GmbH as hosting and infrastructure provider;
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. for payment processing;
- event venues or authorised admission staff, where required for ticket validation and check-in; and
- public authorities, tax advisers or other parties where we are legally required to do so.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes or where statutory retention obligations apply.
Order, payment and invoice data may be retained for longer periods due to tax and commercial-law retention obligations.

You generally have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent this;
- request restriction of processing;
- receive your data in a portable format where applicable;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests; and
